In my opinion, the best gloves out there, at ALL levels!  Check out the Reptilian Pattern! Custom Gloves available (and they're amazing!).
Highly recommend the J-Bands (adult and youth available), videos, and throwing manuals! In my opinion, truly the best system for Arm Health/Strength!
